We offer all types of Bulgarian and traditional Bansko cuisine, as well as selected wines and alcohol of different producers. Groups can make a requirement for a special menu.

New Year's Day cover charge is 100 leva per person, 50 leva for children up to 14 years old and free for children up to 5 years old.
   

Your walk through the old town of Bansko and through the old times can finish with a glass of wine and chat in Kadiata Tavern, where you will be friendly welcomed with a smile.

The capacity of the tavern is 35-40 seats. Very suitable for small family celebrations, business or friends meetings.

Culinary jest  – “Peppers after Bansko recipe”

Cut 30 gr. bacon in very small bits. Smash 50 gr. white cheese and 1 clove garlic. Mix all ingredients together and stuff the peeper with them then grill it. Serve with sour cucumbers or tomatoes.
